Join the HRTM department as we celebrate our annual Chef Artist Dinner on Thursday, March 27th at Corbett Center on the beautiful NMSU campus. This year we are honored to feature Food Network Celebrity Chefs Marie Yniguez and Mike White as well as NMDA Chef Ambassador Jon Young! The event begins at 5:30 pm with a reception featuring specialty cocktails by guest mixologist and HRTM alumni, Patrick Abalos and appetizers, with dinner service at 6:30 pm. Each course is carefully crafted by our chefs and will be paired with wine.

This event is planned and executed by the HRTM 4110- Meetings, Convention and Special Events class supervised by Chef Instructor, Danielle Young. It is sponsored by Sodexo.
